När du använder våra tjänster så anförtror du oss dina uppgifter. I den här sekretesspolicyn anger vi vilka data vi samlar in, varför vi samlar in dessa data och hur dessa data används. 1. Information som vi samlar in
Genom att samla in information kan vi förbättra våra tjänster för alla användare. Vi samlar in data som du uppger och data som vi får när du använder våra tjänster.
1.1 Information som du uppger
Du kan ange din epostadress för att får våra newsletter. För att kunna klättra hos oss behöver du bli medlem. När du registrerar dig som medlem ber vi dig om personuppgifter, exempelvis e-postadress, telefonnummer, adress och personnummer.
1.2 Information vi får när du använder våra tjänster
Vi samlar in information om vilka tjänster du använder, hur du använder dem, vilka produkter du köper och hur mycket du köper. Vi samlar in besöksstatistik med hjälp av Google Analytics. Det här innebär att information om hur du använder våra tjänster sparas på Googles servrar.
1.2.1 Enhetsinformation
Vi samlar in information om den specifika enheten som används (till exempel maskinvarumodell, operativsystemets version, unikt enhets-ID och information om mobila nätverk, inklusive telefonnummer).

Informationen som vi samlar in med hjälp av cookies och annan teknik, t.ex. pixeltaggar, används för att förbättra användarupplevelsen och den övergripande kvaliteten på våra tjänster. En av produkterna som vi använder för det ändamålet i våra egna tjänster är Google Analytics. Genom att spara dina språkinställningar kan vi till exempel visa våra tjänster på språket som du använder. Om vi vill använda information i ett annat syfte än vad som beskrivs i denna sekretesspolicy frågar vi först efter ditt samtycke. Vi hanterar personuppgifter och annan information på servrar hos Amazon Webservices som står i Tyskland.
3. Komma åt och uppdatera personuppgifter
Vi vill att du ska kunna komma åt dina personuppgifter oavsett när du använder våra tjänster. Om uppgifterna är felaktiga vill vi ge dig möjlighet att enkelt uppdatera eller ta bort dem, detta förutsatt att informationen inte måste sparas av giltiga affärssyften eller av juridiska skäl. Vi har som mål att hålla våra tjänster i sådant skick att information inte förstörs av misstag eller genom skadliga processer. När du tar bort information i våra tjänster kan det därför ta ett tag innan kopior av den borttagna informationen försvinner från våra aktiva servrar. Dessutom kan informationen finnas kvar i våra säkerhetskopieringssystem.
4. Information som vi delar
Vi delar inte personuppgifter med företag, organisationer eller personer utanför BLX AB. All data sparas på servrar i Europa.
5. Informationssäkerhet
Vi arbetar ständigt för att skydda BLX AB och våra användare från obehörig åtkomst eller obehöriga ändringar som kan avslöja eller förstöra information som vi innehar. – Vi krypterar många av våra tjänster med SSL. – Vi granskar våra rutiner för insamling, lagring och behandling av data, inklusive fysiska säkerhetsåtgärder, i syfte att skydda mot obehörig åtkomst till system. – Vi begränsar åtkomst till personuppgifter till våra anställda som behöver uppgifterna för att kunna behandla dem på uppdrag av oss. De är förbundna till strikt konfidentialitet enligt kontrakt och kan disciplineras eller sägas upp om de inte uppfyller kraven.

Vår sekretesspolicy kan ändras från tid till annan och eventuella ändringar kommer att publiceras på denna sida, om ändringarna är betydande kommer vi att tillhandahålla ett mer framträdande meddelande.

2. How we process your data
Information we collect from our services is used to provide, maintain, protect and improve our services, to develop new services and to protect BLX AB and our users. When you contact us, we save your messages in order to solve any problems you face. We may use your email address to inform you about our services, for example to inform you of upcoming changes or improvements. The information we collect using cookies and other technology, e.g. pixel tags, are used to improve the user experience and the overall quality of our services. One of the products we use for that purpose in our own services is Google Analytics. By saving your language settings, we can, for example, display our services in the language you use. If we want to use information for a purpose other than that described in this privacy policy, we first ask for your consent. We handle personal information and other information on servers at Amazon Webservices located in Germany.
3. How you can get and change the personal data we keep about you
We want you to be able to access your personal information regardless of when you use our services. If the information is incorrect, we want to give you the opportunity to easily update or delete it, provided that the information does not have to be saved for valid business purposes or for legal reasons. We aim to keep our services in such a state that information is not destroyed by mistake or through harmful processes. When you delete information in our services, it may therefore take a while before copies of the deleted information disappear from our active servers. In addition, the information may remain in our backup systems.
4. Sharing information
We do not share personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside BLX AB. All data is stored on servers in Europe.
5. Data protection
We are constantly working to protect BLX AB and our users from unauthorized access or unauthorized changes that may reveal or destroy information we hold. – We encrypt many of our services with SSL. – We review our procedures for the collection, storage and processing of data, including physical security measures, in order to protect against unauthorized access to systems. – We restrict access to personal data to our employees who need the data to be able to process it on our behalf. They are bound by strict confidentiality under contract and may be disciplined or terminated if they do not meet the requirements.
